PARTIES

Thank you for sharing your summer with us. The safety of all our Guests is our number one priority. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of our Guests, we required everyone to adhere to the following rules. Any Guest refusing to follow these rules will be asked to leave the park without a refund.

High Falls Water Park is staffed at all times with experienced lifeguards.
Guests must obey the lifeguards at All times.
NO RUNNING anywhere in the park.
SLIDES:
     Watch the red/green light at top of slide. Green means GO, Red means stay.
     NO sliding head first, on stomach, or stopping on the slides.
     No more than two people may slide down together at a time.
Pirate Ship:
The Pirate Ship Play Area is for children 10 yrs old and younger.
Pool:
No diving or jumping in the pool.
All children 10 years and under must be supervised at all times by someone over the age of 16.
Stay on sidewalks at all times. Do not climb or sit on any fences.
Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
All day lockers and shower facilities are available.
Life vests are available in a variety of sizes at no charge to our guests.
Traditional swimwear is preferred, however Guests may wear anything that does not have buttons, buckles, or metal that will damage the slide. Provocative, thong or G-string swimsuits are prohibited.
Children in diapers and those being toilet trained must wear approved disposable swim diapers.
No loitering, unruly behavior, profanity, vandalism, line cutting or alcohol & drugs.
Any person suspected of being under the influence of a controlled substance will not be allowed to enter the park, or, if inside the facility, will be asked to leave.

High Falls Water Park is not responsible for any accidents. You may swim and slide at your own risk.
